Inbox full?

Inbox deep clean

Inbox full and you can’t find important emails?

Scenario 1: You sit down at your desk, take a big breath, and open your email client, only to be greeted by 10,675 or more emails, most of which were there yesterday and most probably the day before too. You huff, open a couple from the top and then close it all down.

You have no idea if there are any important ones that you’ve missed.

Scenario 2: As above, but you spend an hour going through the top maybe 30 emails or scanning through looking for important ones. It takes you about an hour of your time. Hear me? An hour that you could be doing revenue making tasks. So, if you make £75 from working with a client in that time that’s £75 lost!

Solution: Hire a Virtual Assistant.

As a virtual assistant I can sort through the emails, categorising them into folders, creating rules so that new mail gets distributed into the correct folder. I can spend time unsubscribing you from those newsletters that you no longer read and just delete them. Remember the important emails hide withing all of the junk and newsletters. So when the Inbox is full and you can’t find important emails what are you going to do? Contact me.

I can also spend time replying to clients to confirm appointments or appointment changes. Have a look at my website for more details on this service.

There are many ways in which a Virtual assistant can support your business. There is no reason to struggle alone anymore.

As a virtual assistant I work from my own office. You then don’t have the overhead costs that you would have with an in house assistant. You also only pay for the time I work on your tasks, not for when I’m making coffee or nipping to the bathroom. The time I work is accurately tracked and you are billed to the nearest 15 minutes. So no more paying a salary to someone who doesn’t use the time efficiently.
