Google/Trip advisor reviews. Reviews either work well for your business or work against it. However it is going, do you struggle to find time to thank those people who left an awesome review? or those people that caused nothing but trouble and left you a 1 star review with a nasty comment?
Why is it important to monitor your reviews?
Both positive and negative reviews are important for your business. You wonder why the negative comments are good, well it’s because if nobody ever told us what we were getting wrong then we would never change. This is because we wouldn’t know it was wrong. Yes, some comments are put on there to make a big fuss, but actually it gives us chance to do something about it.
You should always thank someone for their feedback no matter what it says. It shows that actually as a business you care about your customers. Sometimes that’s all it warrants “Thank you for your feedback”, other times you will need to show them that you are acting upon the issue.
Of course ALWAYS thank the customers who leave you positive comments. They will also use word of mouth when friends or relatives ask for their suggestions. This is the best for of advertising, plus it’s free.
